You may refuse delivery of any shipment from us if it does not match your order. Refused orders will be treated as cancellations.

We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship within 3-5 business days. Transit time for standard shipping averages 5-7 business days from shipment date, but may vary based on carrier delays.
If an item is on backorder or otherwise unavailable, you will be notified by email and given the option to keep your order on backorder, switch to a similar in-stock item, or cancel with a refund.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent via email so you can monitor delivery status. Please contact us immediately if you see any evidence of shipping delays or damage to the package upon arrival.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and contents intact. We cannot process returns/refunds for used, damaged, or altered items.
To initiate a return, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns sent without an RMA number may be rejected and returned to you.
Return shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend sending returns via a traceable method with delivery confirmation as you are responsible for proof of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the appropriate refund or exchange in accordance with your instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
